Dear Parents and scouts / cubs
The Frome Marathon management committee have asked the scouts to do a leaflet drop to advertise the road closures for the marathon. 1/ 7th scout troop are covering the south part of the town and 5th will be covering the north part of the town.
So the time spent carrying out the leaflet drop will count toward the scouts World and Community Challenge Award. The marathon committee will pay us to carry out the leaflet drop which help with 5th fun rising actives. Parents if you have the time any help will be welcomed.
We will meet at the Frome Football Club car park at (Cubs start at 6.30 and finish at 8pm / Scout start at 7.00 and finish at 9pm.) You will need to wear your troop neckers and have a water bottle.
